CalmBee Books were created to help children understand and name big feelings in a gentle, age-appropriate way. They are meant to be read slowly, revisited often, and used in whatever way feels right for your family.

There is no right or wrong way to use these books. Some children may want to talk as they read, while others may simply listen or return to the same pages again and again. CalmBee is not about fixing emotions or rushing children to feel better. It is about helping them feel seen, understood, and safe expressing what is happening inside.

Over time, this space will grow to include additional resources for parents and caregivers, including simple guides and printable tools to support emotional conversations at home. Everything shared here is designed to feel calm, supportive, and easy to use, without adding pressure or expectations.
